[Michigan, July 2, 2021]: The American Human Rights Council (AHRC-USA) extends its best wishes for a pleasant and safe Independence Day holiday to all Americans.
The 4th of July holiday is a time to celebrate the nation’s independence and the values that it stands for. This year’s holiday comes with much progress achieved regarding Covid-19, a progress made possible by American ingenuity producing vaccines in record time.
July 4th is a time to celebrate with friends and family. But we urge everyone to be mindful that the Covid 19 Delta Variant corona virus is a real threat and that we should not be complacent. AHRC urges all to celebrate safely and to continue to follow the health precautions issued by state and federal authorities.
“This Independence Day, as we celebrate our freedoms, we should remember that many around the world are denied the most basic freedoms,” said Imad Hamad, AHRC Executive director.
