The Honorable Judge Bernard M. Choueiri is the Presiding Judge of the Court of Appeals of Nabatiyeh Governorate, Nabatiyeh, Lebanon. He is a true leader in the Lebanese justice system; and his years of upholding justice and equality for all in the court system is an example of true dedication, leadership and professionalism.

Presiding Judge, Court of Appeals, Nabatiyeh Governorate. Judge Bernard M. Choueiri is Presiding Judge, Court of Appeals, Nabatiyeh Governorate, Nabatiyeh, Lebanon. His career has been principally in the Lebanese justice system. Judge Choueiri began his legal career as Judge in Training (1974 to 1978) at the Judicial Training Institute, Ministry of Justice, Beirut, Lebanon. Since then, he has assumed the following responsibilities:

- International Taxation at the Faculty of Business Administration, La Sagesse University, Beirut, Lebanon;
- Civil Law and International Private Law at the Faculty of Law and Political Science, Lebanese University, Zahle, Bekaa Governorate, Lebanon.
Further, Judge Choueiri served as Professor at Association Internationale pour la Paix par la Connaissance, Paris, France from 1979 to 1981. He has authored and co-authored tens Journal and Conference articles on a number of issues.
