On Thursday Nov 19, 2015 at 7:00pm to 9:00 pm, the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community’s Detroit Chapter in coordination with Henry Ford College-Dearborn invites you to a Symposium on STOP the CrISIS – What is the pathway to peace?
The Symposium will be held at Henry Ford College Dearborn’s Rosenau Conference Rooms (Admin Bldg. Complimentary refreshments will be provided.Speakers with extensive research and knowledge on Middle Eastern Affairs will discuss solutions to the problems surrounding the region and answer questions from the audience. The event titled “Stop the Crisis” is a counter-narrative campaign against extremism and youth radicalization by ISIS. In the past two years, our Community has helped collect nearly 10,000 blood donations to honor 9/11 victims, held more than 60 interfaith events at university campuses and engaged in humanitarian efforts to address hunger in the USA.
