[Michigan, November 13, 2023]:

Human Rights are on trial. Human rights are being threatened and jeopardized amidst the Israeli genocidal war on Gaza. The universal meaning of equality and equal rights is being re-defined, compromised and marginalized by hypocrites and their double standards. They want a Palestine exception to human rights and constitutional rights.

Since the recent genocidal war on Gaza and the world has been witnessing total disregard to human lives and human dignity in Gaza. Thousands of innocent Palestinians, mostly children, women, and the elderly have been slaughtered by the ongoing Israeli genocide on Gaza. Israeli actions are clear violations of international law.

The disgraceful silence or approval of certain countries of the Israeli genocidal war is unprecedented. Human rights of everyone should be respected. There should be no Palestine exception.

We condemn the extreme voices pushing for denying basic constitutional rights and human rights of those who advocate for Palestine. They are trying to suppress and intimidate the voices of peace and justice in America. We stand by the advocates of peace and justice for Palestine. As a human rights organization, we are also advocates for Palestine.
