On Friday, February 12, 2016 at 6:00pm, the Students Allied for Freedom & Equality (SAFE) of the University of Michigan Dearborn campus will be hosting a fundraising dinner in support of the ANERA Foundation’s humanitarian effort to provide assistance and support to Palestinian refugees and poor families in the occupied territories of the West Bank and Lebanon. “The plight of the world’s refugees is one of the most painful humanitarian challenges facing the free world today,” said Imad Hamad, AHRC’s Executive Director. “It is our moral and ethical responsibility to help refugees and those in need in Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, Yemen and everywhere,” continued Hamad.
