The American Human Rights Council (AHRC-USA) is pleased to launch its second phase of its Prisoners & Family Gift this holiday season. The program aims to extend a little help to those less fortunate who are separated from their families and loved ones during holidays.Those behind bars are human being too and should not be forgotten. They have families and children who are anxiously awaiting the end of their incarceration. Gestures of kindness to the incarcerated are offered in the hope that it would be a key role in their rehabilitation and reintegration in society upon release.
