The American Human Rights Council (AHRC-USA) extends its warm congratulations to the 2015 graduating class students wishing them all further success. AHRC reminds the students as well as the parents that driving safely is key to avoid any possible tragedies. Driving without distractions especially among the young and the youth is very important to save lives. Sometimes it is a matter of seconds between life and death. The right to life is the most important human right and all efforts to save lives advance human rights of all. Nothing is more valuable and more precious than the lives of our youths. Saving human lives through education and awareness is key to avoid possible tragedies.
