The American Human Rights Council (AHRC-USA) warns that the humanitarian crisis in the city of Aleppo is very immense and the city’s civilians are in dire and immediate need of assistance and their very survival is at stake. The continued bombardment of the city and its population presents an imminent threat of catastrophe. AHRC-USA calls on the international community, especially the Obama Administration, to work on halting these attacks and to help evacuate the besieged civilians to safe havens.
