On Saturday, August 19, 20017 at 6:00 p.m. Dream of Detroit and the Detroit Rescue Mission Ministries will hold a special dinner reception to celebrate World Humanitarian Day (August 19). The event will be held at the DRMM Banquet Hall located at 138 Stimson Street, Detroit MI 48201 from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m.
The event will showcase local and global humanitarian organizations working to make a positive change in the world. There will be live performances, an awards ceremony and an opportunity to purchase homemade crafts with all proceeds donated to charity. Dinner will be served.
