The American Human Rights Council (AHRC-USA) is pleased to announce its partnership with the Rosa and Raymond Parks Institute in supporting the Institute’s United Nations Youth Summit, through the AHRC-USA Youth leadership Empowerment Program. “We must do more to inspire, train and motivate youth,” said Rosa Parks, Civil Rights legend.

The Rosa and Raymond Parks Institute for Self -Development United Nations Youth Summit is held annually on October 24, in honor of civil rights pioneer Rosa Parks The Youth Summit will be an opportunity for young people to travel to New York, tour the United Nations, receive briefings and participate in workshops that help develop their leadership skills. This youth summit is held annually welcoming the young generation to advance their leadership skills and learn more about the world’s affairs through this informative and educational summit.

AHRC, NGO in Consultative Status with the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) of the United Nations, is proud to partner with the Rosa and Raymond Parks Institute’s United Nations Youth Summit. It is important that promising young men and women get to visit the UN and learn about its work, work that is vital for the well-being of our planet. AHRC will work closely with high schools to select young student activists and present them with such unique opportunity to be part of such exciting experience.
