[Michigan, May 27, 2024]:
The American Human Rights Council (AHRC-USA) joins the nation in observing Memorial Day. Memorial Day falls today, Monday, May 27, 2024.
Memorial Day is an occasion not only to honor and remember those who served the nation and paid the ultimate price, it is also an occasion to remember the core values and principles of freedom and liberty that the US stands for.
This year we are observing Memorial Day while living through extraordinary times. Memorial Day is a day of unity. Through commitment to diversity and human rights, may we continue towards a world of peace, justice, understanding and human dignity for all.
AHRC wishes all Americans a safe and pleasant holiday.

AHRC Mission:
The American Human Rights Council (AHRC) is dedicated to defending and protecting human rights as outlined in the U.S. Constitution and the United Nations 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR). The AHRC was formed to protect these rights and advocate for anyone whose rights are being violated or denied. To that end, the AHRC will build a tenacious, objective, and carefully guided advocacy program that will serve to defend individual human rights, whenever and wherever they are being infringed upon.
