The American Human Rights Council (AHRC USA) calls on friends, supporters, and all peace-loving justice loving, human rights loving people to lend their support and join our upcoming AHRC Spirit of Humanity Awards & Dinner Gala on Friday, October 9, 2026, at 6:00 PM in Dearborn.
The Spirit of Humanity Gala is not just a gathering. It is more than a great dinner and the company of people from all walks of life. It is a celebration of life and hope. It is a collective statement that human rights are us, and we are human rights. It reflects our unwavering commitment to defend, advance, and uphold the culture of human dignity, human respect, and human rights equally for all.
This special occasion is our moment to show that together, we stand as one against hatred and acts of hate, against violence and acts of violence.
Your support — through an in-kind donation or by joining us at the Gala — is vital. It is more important now than at any other time. Challenges are pouring from every direction, and they seem endless. AHRC has been on the front lines defending people’s rights. The American Human Rights Council (AHRC) is dedicated to defending and protecting human rights as outlined in the U.S. Constitution and the United Nations 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR). The AHRC was formed to protect these rights and advocate for anyone whose rights are being violated or denied. To that end, the AHRC will build a tenacious, objective, and carefully guided advocacy program that will serve to defend individual human rights, whenever and wherever they are being infringed upon.
