The American Human Rights Council is honored to receive a Certificate of Appreciation officially recognizing AHRC as a partner for justice from the Muslim Legal Fund of America (MLFA) of Richardson, Texas, one of the country’s most respected organizations working to ensure the protection of the civil rights and civil liberties of Muslim Americans. The plaque reads, “Partner For Justice, Working Together In Faith.” It recognizes AHRC as a Partner for justice for its ongoing commitment to freedom, liberty and equal justice for all.
“We appreciate and admire the work of the MLFA,” said Imad Hamad, AHRC Executive Director. “MLFA is the lead civil rights organization providing actual legal services to people of Muslim faith in America,” continued Hamad.
