AHRC PSA:
On Tuesday, July 25, 2023, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm the United States Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) will be hosting a free Full-Day Adult Citizenship Education Seminar and public Naturalization Information Session at its offices located at 11411 E. Jefferson Avenue in Detroit, Michigan.

Topics will include the Naturalization Process and eligibility requirements, overview of the naturalization test, instructional strategies and resources for citizenship classrooms, and naturalization test redesign trial test.

The seminar is open to community-based organizations, immigration service providers, not for profit organizations, libraries and anybody who would like to learn more about the topics listed above. The Office of Citizenship will issue a digital pdf certificate to the attendees.

Space is limited and is on a first-come, first-served basis. To register, you must sign up by using the on-line registration www.uscis.gov/teachertrainingregistration no later than July 24, 2023.
