The American Human Rights Council (AHRC-USA) extends its best wishes for a happy, blessed and joyful Hanukkah to Jewish Americans who are celebrating the festival this year, The Jewish Festival of Lights and one of the most important holidays of the Jewish calendar. This year it began on Sunday Dec. 6. The holiday lasts eight days and will run this year through Dec. 14. AHRC hopes that these precious holidays serve as a reminder of our common humanity and advance our commitments towards a world of peace, justice, freedom and prosperity for all.
“In my name and in the name of the AHRC family, I extend heartfelt greetings to the American Jewish community, our fellow Americans and our brothers and sisters in humanity, on the occasion of the Festival of Light,” stated Imad Hamad, AHRC Executive Director.
