[Michigan, March 26, 2026]:
Observed annually on March 30 in the United States, this day honors physicians for their dedication, skill, and immeasurable contributions to patient care and human wellbeing.
AHRC proudly honors physicians from every specialty for their unwavering commitment to serving humanity. We salute all doctors who uphold the medical oath under every circumstance—without exception. Their devotion to healing stands beyond and above politics, political agendas, faith, religion, or race. It is driven by a profound passion to serve humanity, to protect life, and to ease suffering wherever it exists.
This includes the countless physicians who volunteer their time on humanitarian missions across the world, serving the less fortunate and the victims of disasters, wars, and human made conflicts, often at great personal risk.
The ongoing suffering in Gaza is one powerful example of the noble role physicians play. Despite relentless bombardment, the targeting of health workers, an inhumane siege, and severe shortages of medicine, equipment, and basic resources, many doctors from the United States and around the world rose to the challenge and rushed to help. Their courage, compassion, and steadfast commitment to the medical oath reflect the highest ideals of the profession.
On this day, AHRC salutes all doctors—at home and abroad. You are the living hope of humanity. Your compassion, your sacrifice, and your unwavering dedication to healing inspire us all.

AHRC Mission:
The American Human Rights Council (AHRC) is dedicated to defending and protecting human rights as outlined in the U.S. Constitution and the United Nations 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR). The AHRC was formed to protect these rights and advocate for anyone whose rights are being violated or denied. To that end, the AHRC will build a tenacious, objective, and carefully guided advocacy program that will serve to defend individual human rights, whenever and wherever they are being infringed upon.
