[Michigan, December 18, 2025]:
The American Human Rights Council (AHRC-USA) extends its warm wishes to the state of Qatar and people of Qatar, His Highness, Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and H. E. Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs for the occasion of the Qatar National day, known as Founders Day, that is celebrated annually on December18.
We wish you continued peace, success, and future prosperity. On this Founder’s Day, we join all peace-loving people in celebrating Qatar’s leadership and its remarkable role in advancing global unity and peace.
Qatar has consistently stood as a trusted friend and partner to humanity, playing an instrumental role in alleviating humanitarian tragedies, preventing man-made conflicts, and mediating peace at various levels.
In particular, during the ongoing Gaza crisis, Qatar has played a tireless and vital role in advocating for lasting peace and justice for Palestine and the wider region. Its steadfast commitment to humanitarian relief and mediation reflects Qatar’s vision of a more just and peaceful world.
Our recent privileged participation in the 2025 Doha Forum offered us the opportunity to witness firsthand Qatar’s vision and generosity. The hospitality of Qatari officials, teams, and citizens left us with an unforgettable and inspiring experience. Truly, Qatar is a land of opportunity and a place where dreams can be achieved.
Once again, we congratulate Qatar and its people on another year of prosperity, filled with peace, safety, security, and comfort. Happy Qatar National Day to all.
